why do these individuals ruin it for others.sadly, a notorious group a few weeks ago would leave the common area as if a tornado flew through.they were from a church group! I’ve witnessed guests verbally abuse the front desk personal due to their own booking and credit spite numerous attempts by the front desk to mitigate the angry client, whom I found difficult at best to understand! Yet they were speaking English! By the way everyone, breakfast is ’s a free service enhancement not required unless you are willing to pay more at a FULL SERVICE HOTEL which include room service. to have to clean up if I need to use the station.like the computers. whether it’s their spent breakfast or other debris for others.that’s me as a guest. As an example, when you walk into a MC DONALDS or other chain outlets, respectful folks will bus their own waste so others can use the seating.certain groups I’ve witnessed and families simply leave their crap. other guests want to enjoy their stay here as well.
So for the folks who don’t get out much and come here, please don’t leave your mess in the lobby for mommy to pick up after you. ignorance is best suited.thinking it’s a FULL SERVICE HOTEL. One must ask themselves, is she rearing another generation of kids without common sense? Or respect for that matter? I’ve seen reviews on this page slamming the staff at this fine LIMITED SERVICE hotel because of their own ineptitude or lack of knowledge. Mom and kids laughed about it, sat down and completed their breakfast while the piercing sounds of the fire alarm drove all of us to get dressed and out per safety protocols. a mother along with her kids BUTTER UP THEIR TOASTS AND PLACE IT INTO THE TOASTER! Suddenly a huge cloud of smoke is pouring out of the toaster while staff is busy trying to mitigate the effects by fanning the smoke in order to disburse it.but too late, the alarms went off. A family approach the breakfast service buffet. It’s approx 730am on a delightful Sunday morning.as most of us guests are just getting up or sleeping in.
