And many of the controller problems are simple 5-minute fixes. They're charging a small entry fee for people to come in, so they should take a little bit of time and effort to make sure the games are working properly. So the 2 cabinets, which are meant to try and improve on their overall selection and quantity of games… didn't have properly working controls. And here's the thing… the 2 games that they have which are “multi-game” cabinets, meaning that they are emulator cabs, which allow you to select from many different games (sometimes 20 or 30 games, or sometimes even 100's of games)… the controls on those cabinets didn't work properly. There is absolutely nothing more frustrating than playing games with non-functioning controls. And more important… non-working controls… the sticks and buttons on some of the more “played ” games simply weren't working at all, or weren't working properly.
